• Analyzing, troubleshooting and permanently resolving complex incidents in Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
• Operating, administering and continuously improving Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and remote access solutions in hybrid cloud and on-premises scenarios
