About the role
- Provide support and governance for strategic projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and alignment with business objectives
- Map, model, and optimize corporate processes
- Develop process flows and diagrams using specialized tools
- Design and monitor performance indicators (KPIs)
- Prepare management reports and executive materials for leadership presentations
- Support standardization of methodologies, meeting cadences, and management best practices
- Facilitate communication among the areas involved in projects
Requirements
- Previous experience as a PMO, Project Analyst, or Process Analyst
- Bizagi (process modeling) — advanced level
- Miro (flow and journey mapping)
- Advanced Excel (dashboards, complex formulas, pivot tables)
- PowerPoint (executive materials and strategic presentations)
- Experience in process mapping and continuous improvement
