About the role
- Drive consistent pipeline and revenue growth by building relationships with Athletic Directors
- Own the complete sales process from prospecting to contract execution
- Conduct 40-50 meaningful prospect conversations per quarter
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline with 3-4x coverage of quarterly quota
- Represent Teamworks at industry conferences
Requirements
- Extensive experience serving in a senior-level athletic administration role at a Non-DI institution
- Direct experience purchasing and implementing Teamworks products
- Comprehensive understanding of athletic department operations
- Proven ability to build authentic relationships with Athletic Directors
- Track record of meeting performance targets in a competitive environment
