About the role
- Play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities.
- Proactively reach out to potential clients, understanding their needs.
- Effectively communicate how Teamwork.com can address their challenges and add value and efficiency to their business.
- Network and qualify potential customers and partnerships through outbound calls, emails, events, and other channels.
- Conduct thorough research to understand the needs and pain points of prospective clients.
- Articulate the value proposition of our solutions and demonstrate how they can solve current challenges.
- Collaborate with the Partnership teams to develop and execute outbound sales strategies that align with company objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Continuously learn about our products, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings in the market.
- Provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams based on customer insights and market feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with sales best practices and techniques to enhance sales effectiveness.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outbound sales in a SaaS or B2B industry.
- Mid-Market Sales experience (I.e. 30 - 60 day sales cycles) is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a track record of closing deals.
- Self-motivated and target-driven individual with a passion for sales and achieving results.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
