Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation, to be shared with clients and internal teams.
Oversee all aspects of the implementation process from kickoff to go-live, ensuring milestones are met on time and within scope and budget.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates, managing expectations, and building strong, trusted relationships.
Coordinate internal resources, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure efficient project execution.
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating them to management as needed.
Act as a customer advocate, ensuring the implementation is aligned with their business goals to drive initial value.
Organize and facilitate client training and onboarding sessions to ensure successful user adoption and a smooth transition to the customer success team.
Create and maintain thorough project documentation, including status reports, project plans, and change logs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, a related field, or relevant industry experience
3-5 years of proven experience in project management, specifically within a SaaS or technology company
Demonstrated experience managing the full lifecycle of software implementation projects
A strong customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering positive business outcomes for clients
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency with project management software such as Jira
