About the role

Lead client projects independently from requirements gathering to implementation
Implement our solutions within Microsoft 365/SharePoint
Actively contribute to the ongoing development of our project and company platform

Degree or vocational training in IT, construction/civil engineering, or equivalent practical experience
Enthusiasm for AI: intensive use of AI tools in daily work and a willingness to rethink traditional workflows
Comprehensive product knowledge of the M365 ecosystem and experience with Microsoft collaboration solutions and delivering Microsoft projects
Extensive experience with Microsoft SharePoint
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
Familiarity with the construction industry
