• Organization of the marketing function: Independently manage standard responsibilities such as newsletters, webinars, content and the website.
• Implementation of marketing activities: Plan and execute promotional campaigns and gather ideas to improve our marketing strategy (build and maintain the marketing funnel).
• Build an AI-first marketing department: Develop processes and produce content using AI.
• Creation of marketing materials: Develop and design marketing collateral.
• Represent Teamsware publicly: Act as a company representative at events and in public-facing situations.

• Organisation der Marketingabteilung : Selbstständige Organisation der Standardthemen wie Newsletter, Webinare, Content und Webseite.
• Durchführung von Marketingmaßnahmen : Planung und Umsetzung von Werbemaßnahmen sowie das Sammeln weiterer Ideen zur Verbesserung unserer Marketingstrategie (Aufbau und Pflege des Marketing Funnels).
• Aufbau einer KI-First Marketing Abteilung : Entwicklung von Prozessen und Erstellung von Inhalten auf Basis von KI.
• Erstellung von Marketingmaterialien : Entwicklung und Gestaltung von Marketingmaterialien.
• Vertretung von Teamsware in der Öffentlichkeit : Repräsentation unseres Unternehmens auf Veranstaltungen und in der Öffentlichkeit.

• Lead client projects independently from requirements gathering to implementation
• Implement our solutions within Microsoft 365/SharePoint
• Actively contribute to the ongoing development of our project and company platform
