About the role

  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of 2 sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Actively manage B2B sales throughout the U.S., building relationships with flooring stores and distributors.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies targeting flooring stores and distributors in the region.
  • Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities to grow revenue.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing accounts to drive repeat business.
  • Track and manage sales pipeline, opportunities, and customer interactions using HubSpot CRM.
  • Represent Grill Works at industry events, trade shows, and customer visits.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy.
  • Travel domestically as required; combine in-office leadership with client visits.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in flooring, building products, or related industries.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel domestically as required.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in both strategic planning and hands-on sales activities.
