About the role
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of 2 sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Actively manage B2B sales throughout the U.S., building relationships with flooring stores and distributors.
- Develop and execute sales strategies targeting flooring stores and distributors in the region.
- Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities to grow revenue.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing accounts to drive repeat business.
- Track and manage sales pipeline, opportunities, and customer interactions using HubSpot CRM.
- Represent Grill Works at industry events, trade shows, and customer visits.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy.
- Travel domestically as required; combine in-office leadership with client visits.
Requirements
- Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in flooring, building products, or related industries.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot experience preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel domestically as required.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in both strategic planning and hands-on sales activities.
