About the role

  • Maintain up-to-date candidate records in our internal systems and applicant tracking tools.
  • Update candidate status across the recruitment pipeline in real-time.
  • Conduct pre-interview screening checks including LinkedIn verifications, resume consistency reviews, and basic background validations.
  • Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating availability between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR and recruitment team as needed (e.g., documentation, follow-ups, email correspondence).
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all data handling and candidate records.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to improving internal HR processes.

Requirements

  • Current undergraduate or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.).
  • Interest in HR, recruitment, and operations.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Self-starter with a willingness to learn and contribute in a remote work environment.
