Support Engineer

• Provide remote and on-site technical support to small and medium-sized business clients
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Perform system updates, backups, routine maintenance, and monitoring
• Act as the first point of contact for IT incidents and service requests
• Log, track, and resolve incidents in accordance with SLAs
• Communicate incident status updates to clients
• Document client systems, configurations, procedures, issues, and resolutions
• Implement and monitor antivirus, firewall, and other security measures
• Assist with hardware and software installation and configuration
• Identify process improvements and contribute to team best practices
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
