About the role
- **Strategic Partnering**
- - Serve as the primary HR contact for managers and employees in Ireland, providing guidance on all people-related matters.
- - Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organisational goals.
- - Provide advice on organisational design, workforce planning, and change management.
- **Employee Relations & Compliance**
- - Ensure HR practices comply with Irish employment law.
- - Advise on and manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary and grievance processes.
- - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Irish employment legislation and translate into practical HR policies and processes.
- **Talent & Performance**
- - Support performance management cycles, including feedback, appraisals, and career development discussions.
- - Partner with leaders on talent development, succession planning, and retention strategies.
- - Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure smooth onboarding and workforce integration.
- **HR Projects & Initiatives**
- - Lead or contribute to HR projects, such as DE&I initiatives, culture and engagement programs, and organisational change efforts.
- - Provide input into global HR strategies, ensuring they are adapted to fit the Irish context.
- - Leverage HR data and analytics to provide insights and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- **Qualifications**
- - Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- - Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or similar role.
- - Strong knowledge of **Irish employment law.**
- - Demonstrated success in building trusted relationships with business leaders and employees.
- - Experience handling complex employee relations cases with professionalism and discretion.
- - Solid understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
- - Strong influencing, negotiation, and communication skills.
- - Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office tools.
