About the role

  • **Strategic Partnering**
  • - Serve as the primary HR contact for managers and employees in Ireland, providing guidance on all people-related matters.
  • - Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organisational goals.
  • - Provide advice on organisational design, workforce planning, and change management.
  • **Employee Relations & Compliance**
  • - Ensure HR practices comply with Irish employment law.
  • - Advise on and manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary and grievance processes.
  • - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Irish employment legislation and translate into practical HR policies and processes.
  • **Talent & Performance**
  • - Support performance management cycles, including feedback, appraisals, and career development discussions.
  • - Partner with leaders on talent development, succession planning, and retention strategies.
  • - Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure smooth onboarding and workforce integration.
  • **HR Projects & Initiatives**
  • - Lead or contribute to HR projects, such as DE&I initiatives, culture and engagement programs, and organisational change efforts.
  • - Provide input into global HR strategies, ensuring they are adapted to fit the Irish context.
  • - Leverage HR data and analytics to provide insights and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • **Qualifications**
  • - Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • - Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or similar role.
  • - Strong knowledge of **Irish employment law.**
  • - Demonstrated success in building trusted relationships with business leaders and employees.
  • - Experience handling complex employee relations cases with professionalism and discretion.
  • - Solid understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
  • - Strong influencing, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • - Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office tools.
