About the role

  • Provide centralized support to sourcers and recruiters as they identify from a recruitment need to the final interview and offer stage of the full cycle recruiting process
  • Ensure timely and efficient processing of all necessary information and paperwork to ensure compliance as the recruiter moves to the offer stage
  • Responsible for processing of all paperwork related to new hires and hand over to the team for orientation
  • Support Talent Acquisition Team with administrative processes in preparation for requisition openings, extension of offers, and management of associated documentation
  • Assist Talent Acquisition staff by gathering, processing, and maintaining new hire paperwork files
  • Resume/JD formatting in MS Word
  • Work closely with (TA Team) recruiters on each hire to maintain candidate files and be the point of contact to finalize all necessary paperwork
  • Close out roles in iCIMS ATS, enter offer details, and send communication to HR partners
  • Conduct background checks and ensure completion of compliance forms
  • Assist the sourcers by performing basic screening of job applicants
  • Aide Talent Acquisition team by managing logistical arrangements for candidate interviews
  • Attend and support job fairs and college recruiting events
  • Develop and maintain relationships with colleges and organizations to improve brand/marketing in the community and increase applicant flow

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1 year of recruitment related experience
  • Working within a high volume, full-cycle recruitment environment is highly preferred
  • Experience with HR Information Systems, iCIMS Applicant Tracking Systems, and related report generation experience is highly desirable
  • Additional language skills in Spanish an advantage
  • Prior recruiting experience preferred
  • Experience with detailed reporting and tracking advantageous
  • Proven ability to perform administrative work of a complex nature utilizing strong organizational skills with a focus on details and accuracy
  • Proven efficiency in a high volume, repetitive work environment
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and complete high volume of assigned work accurately
  • Demonstrated success in working effectively and efficiently under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with all levels in the organization and communicate effectively regarding sensitive and confidential matters
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Working experience with MS Office applications and Google
  • Proven ability to take initiative and build strong and productive personal relationships
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Demonstrated record of goal achievement
  • Demonstrated initiative, ownership, and customer-service orientation skills, with the motivation and ability to function independently or as a team member
  • A high degree of flexibility.
