About the role

  • Manage multiple tasks across clients in various categories
  • Lead management of efforts against delivering client goals
  • Drive results for clients and manage agency account growth
  • Act as primary point of contact for clients/partners and brand steward
  • Write or collaborate on creative/program briefs
  • Participate/assist in strategic and creative brainstorming
  • Manage and execute client experiential events
  • Help anticipate potential hurdles that may create a negative consumer/brand interaction
  • Perform various administrative tasks including correspondence, presentations, and project timelines
  • Maintain and leverage skills at developing and managing budgets

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising or related field required
  • 10 years of agency experience is required with demonstrated team management and leadership.
  • Understanding of experiential marketing category and program management
  • Goal-oriented focus against tasks; ensuring objectives are met with quality and timeliness.
  • Superb communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, SmartSheets, Google Docs (or comparable) and other Web-based tools is a requirement.
  • Retail, CPG and Alcoholic Beverage industry knowledge is a plus.
