About the role
- Manage multiple tasks across clients in various categories
- Lead management of efforts against delivering client goals
- Drive results for clients and manage agency account growth
- Act as primary point of contact for clients/partners and brand steward
- Write or collaborate on creative/program briefs
- Participate/assist in strategic and creative brainstorming
- Manage and execute client experiential events
- Help anticipate potential hurdles that may create a negative consumer/brand interaction
- Perform various administrative tasks including correspondence, presentations, and project timelines
- Maintain and leverage skills at developing and managing budgets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising or related field required
- 10 years of agency experience is required with demonstrated team management and leadership.
- Understanding of experiential marketing category and program management
- Goal-oriented focus against tasks; ensuring objectives are met with quality and timeliness.
- Superb communication and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, SmartSheets, Google Docs (or comparable) and other Web-based tools is a requirement.
- Retail, CPG and Alcoholic Beverage industry knowledge is a plus.
