- Run weekly check-ins with the CEO (business priorities, projects, content, speaking engagements, travel)
- Organize travel, key meetings, and ad-hoc events
- Monitor cross-functional strategic projects
- Anticipate logistical needs with pragmatism
- Implement simple processes to prevent information loss
- Be proactive, reliable, and autonomous
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / EA to senior leaders
- Bilingual French / English (professional working proficiency)
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication: clear, direct, precise
- High autonomy, strong sense of responsibility, and absolute discretion
- Full ownership mindset: you don’t wait to be told what to do
- Comfortable in an agile, fast-evolving environment
- Resilient under pressure, adaptable to rapid change, and committed to high standards
- Availability to work in Paris required
- Major plus if you have prior experience supporting a leader focused on growth, marketing, or scaling
