  • Be proactive, reliable, and autonomous

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / EA to senior leaders
  • Bilingual French / English (professional working proficiency)
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication: clear, direct, precise
  • High autonomy, strong sense of responsibility, and absolute discretion
  • Full ownership mindset: you don’t wait to be told what to do
  • Comfortable in an agile, fast-evolving environment
  • Resilient under pressure, adaptable to rapid change, and committed to high standards
  • Availability to work in Paris required
  • Major plus if you have prior experience supporting a leader focused on growth, marketing, or scaling
