• Run weekly check-ins with the CEO (business priorities, projects, content, speaking engagements, travel)
• Organize travel, key meetings, and ad-hoc events
• Monitor cross-functional strategic projects
• Anticipate logistical needs with pragmatism
• Implement simple processes to prevent information loss
• Be proactive, reliable, and autonomous
