Manager

• As our first Project Manager & PMO (m/f/d), you will design and establish PMO structures for our consulting engagements from the ground up.
• You will be the organizational backbone of our project teams, ensuring that all threads, timelines, and processes run smoothly behind the scenes.
• You support project leadership in executing our mandates operationally and relieve them in day-to-day operations.
• You coordinate meetings, workshops, and appointments with internal and external stakeholders and prepare and follow them up thoroughly.
• You keep our project documentation and knowledge-management systems up to date, maintain action-item lists, and ensure all stakeholders maintain a clear overview at all times.
• You work hand in hand with our Chief of Staff and provide operational support to advance and implement internal strategic initiatives.
• You plan, create, and coordinate content for our digital channels (especially LinkedIn) and other initiatives.

Data Engineer

• You create data maps across heterogeneous inventories and assess the maturity of the digital foundation.
• You unlock unstructured data sources (PDFs, reports, publications) for use in AI systems.
• You develop metadata and identifier concepts, data models, and embedding pipelines, and build the retrieval layer for RAG applications.
• You handle sensitive data responsibly and coordinate closely on AI governance, data protection, EU AI Act, and sovereignty requirements.
• You will build and operate ingest and retrieval pipelines for proprietary software products in the future.

Solutions Engineer

• As an AI Solutions Architect, you will hold a key role: you are the crucial link between our strategic consulting and technological delivery.
• Architecture & Prototyping (~50%): System Architecture: You design scalable end-to-end architectures for AI applications (e.g., RAG pipelines, multi-agent systems) and plan their integration into existing IT landscapes.
• Functional Prototypes (PoCs): You design and build prototypes hands-on to make complex use cases tangible quickly and to convince client stakeholders.
• Product Development: You shape the technical concept and logical design of our own software tools for "Good Work."
• Technical Consulting & Delivery (~30%): Technology Evaluation: You assess technology stacks independently (e.g., commercial APIs vs. self-hosted open source, EU hosting vs. hyperscalers) and explain trade-offs clearly to decision-makers.
• Interface & Client Management: You act as the technical lead in projects, translate business requirements into blueprints, and manage communication with clients' internal IT teams.
• LLMOps & Governance: You own concepts for testing, monitoring and guardrails, and embed them—together with ethics and legal expertise—following the principle of Compliance by Design (EU AI Act, data protection).
• Pre-Sales & Tech Strategy (~20%): Sales Enablement & Scoping: You support the founding team in pitches, translate customer needs into feasible technical concepts, and define the boundaries of what we can and want to deliver technologically.
• "Make-or-Buy" Decisions: You maintain an overview of our technical capabilities and make informed decisions about when to build in-house, when to buy external services or tools, and at which point a permanent internal team expansion becomes strategically necessary.
• Tech Leadership as a Perspective: You act as a technical sparring partner for the founding team and, as the company grows, help shape hiring and the structure of our future engineering team.
