About the role
- Managing the full sales cycle: discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing
- Prospecting new clients through outbound activities and international conferences
- Handling inbound SQLs from SDRs, BDRs, and marketing
- Presenting Voluum through compelling, value‑driven demos
- Achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintaining accurate pipeline management in HubSpot or similar CRMs
- Building long‑term relationships and identifying upsell/expansion opportunities
- Collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Staying ahead of industry trends in ad tech, affiliate marketing, and performance marketing
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in mid‑to‑senior B2B digital sales, ideally SaaS
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Outstanding communication skills in English (written & verbal)
- Confidence in leading product demo calls
- Strong understanding of sales cycles, negotiation frameworks, and closing techniques
- Familiarity with BANT or similar qualification methodologies
- Proficiency with tools such as:
- - HubSpot or other CRMs
- - Freshdesk/Zendesk
- - Teams/Zoom
- - Telegram/WhatsApp
- - Outlook/Gmail & Calendars
- Enthusiasm for attending global conferences (Miami, Barcelona, Bangkok, etc.)
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing, iGaming, or media buying
- An additional language beyond English
