About the role

  • Managing the full sales cycle: discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing
  • Prospecting new clients through outbound activities and international conferences
  • Handling inbound SQLs from SDRs, BDRs, and marketing
  • Presenting Voluum through compelling, value‑driven demos
  • Achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintaining accurate pipeline management in HubSpot or similar CRMs
  • Building long‑term relationships and identifying upsell/expansion opportunities
  • Collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Staying ahead of industry trends in ad tech, affiliate marketing, and performance marketing

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in mid‑to‑senior B2B digital sales, ideally SaaS
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Outstanding communication skills in English (written & verbal)
  • Confidence in leading product demo calls
  • Strong understanding of sales cycles, negotiation frameworks, and closing techniques
  • Familiarity with BANT or similar qualification methodologies
  • Proficiency with tools such as:
  • - HubSpot or other CRMs
  • - Freshdesk/Zendesk
  • - Teams/Zoom
  • - Telegram/WhatsApp
  • - Outlook/Gmail & Calendars
  • Enthusiasm for attending global conferences (Miami, Barcelona, Bangkok, etc.)
  • Knowledge of affiliate marketing, iGaming, or media buying
  • An additional language beyond English
