About the role
- Lead the creative direction, design, and production of all brand, marketing, tradeshow event booths, printed sell sheets, and digital assets
- Champion of Excellence - ensures all creative work aligns with core brand and demand generation strategy
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials
- Collaborate with internal marketing team and third-party website agency
- Design, build, and maintain digital assets within HubSpot CMS
- Work with third-party creative and digital agencies
- Oversee creative workflows, timelines, and priorities
- Provide creative leadership, mentorship, and feedback
- Research industry trends, competitive design approaches, and emerging technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Fine Arts or related field
- Minimum 10 years as a Creative Director in a technology or SaaS company
- Strong portfolio showcasing B2B and digital-first creative work
- Expertise in video production, editing, and visual storytelling
- Hands-on experience with content management systems (preferably Craft CMS)
- Proficiency with HTML/CSS for landing pages is a plus
- Proficiency with HubSpot CRM and marketing automation tools
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and modern collaboration tools
- Strong understanding of UI/UX, design digital systems, visual hierarchy, responsive design and web optimization best practices
- Experience with A/B testing and other methods for measuring creative effectiveness
- Exceptional attention to detail, leadership, communication, project management, and presentation skills
