About the role
- Own the Zook Cabins brand story and be the creative gatekeeper across all channels
- Lead visual storytelling through video, photography, design, and digital campaigns
- Define brand guidelines, visual language, and tone of voice to ensure consistency
- Direct photo and video shoots that capture emotional, lifestyle-driven narratives
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and internal teams to align creative with business goals
- Merge emotional storytelling with performance marketing to support growth and conversions
- Concept and roll out seasonal and evergreen brand campaigns
- Contribute to influencer partnerships, PR, and external collaborations
- Interact with clients as needed and travel occasionally to support brand initiatives
Requirements
- 5+ years in brand, creative, or design leadership (95% digital)
- Strong skills in emotional storytelling, lifestyle or luxury branding, and cross-channel strategy
- Organized, decisive, and able to rally a team around a clear vision
- High energy and willingness to dive into the work while guiding & inspiring the team
- Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and open to new ideas
- Clear, collaborative, and effective communicator able to align marketing, sales, and creative outputs
- Familiarity with lifestyle or high-consideration products (home, travel, architecture, hospitality) is a plus
- Ability to interact with clients as needed and travel occasionally to support brand initiatives
