About the role
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing for assigned markets (LATAM)
- Generate new business through outbound prospecting
- Manage inbound leads from the CRM
- Book and deliver tailored product demos
- Balance inbound and outbound efforts to maintain a healthy pipeline
- Build and nurture client relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Requirements
- 3 years of previous experience in sales or business development roles (inbound + outbound)
- Knowledge of the LATAM markets
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field is highly valued
- Fluent (written and verbal) in Spanish and English
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive
- Proven ability to balance inbound lead handling with outbound prospecting
- Data-driven mindset
- Familiarity with SaaS and marketing ecosystems
- Comfortable adopting new tools
