About the role

  • Prioritize, maintain, and evolve the product backlog
  • Analyze user behavior; plan and evaluate A/B tests (CRO) and other experiments
  • Support internationalization — e.g., market entry into Spain (user research, localization, product optimizations)
  • Build and continuously improve structured product analytics setups, including KPI definition
  • Compliance & Accessibility: coordinate legal requirements (e.g., European Accessibility Act — EAA)
  • Develop and evaluate AI use cases (automations, recommendations, assistive features)
  • Contribute to internal AI projects and responsibly design AI features

Requirements

  • IT background (IT‑HTL diploma, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification)
  • At least 3 years' experience in a SaaS/product ownership environment
  • Experience with data-driven product development and experimentation
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (EAA/WCAG) and basic GDPR principles
  • Excellent German and English skills; Spanish is a plus
  • Analytical thinking, structured working style, and strong communication skills
  • Nice to have: experience with GA4, Amplitude, or Mixpanel
  • Nice to have: experience with AI-powered products (LLMs, prompting, guardrails)
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or Figma
