About the role

  • Supporting the Senior VP Strategic Accounts & Partners by generating qualified outbound opportunities and keeping a steady Enterprise pipeline active;
  • Reaching out to Enterprise prospects through cold calls, and turning first conversations into well-qualified meetings;
  • Using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify key stakeholders, and run targeted cold outreach (cold mailing) that gets replies;
  • Contributing to the expansion into new markets, with a strong focus on the US, by building early traction through outbound initiatives;
  • Understanding prospects’ needs and challenges to qualify leads as Enterprise opportunities and ensure a smooth handover for deal closing.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in Outbound Business Development roles with a focus on Enterprise clients, or in other similar roles (e.g., Lead Development Representative, or Demand Generation Rep)
  • Experience with cold calling, cold mailing, and outbound prospecting, with the ability to turn first touches into qualified meetings
  • Full professional proficiency in English (for this role, a first language-level in US English is a hard requirement)
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot), Sales engagement platforms (e.g. Outreach, Salesloft, or Lemlist), and Sales supporting tools (e.g. Zoominfo, Lusha, or Apollo)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a confident and professional tone when speaking to stakeholders.
