About the role
- Source, vet, and test new influencer partners across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Support end-to-end contract management, invoicing, and payment processing for creators, agencies, and event partners.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance across social platforms.
- Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for affiliate partners.
- Help document, refine, and improve workflows related to creator sourcing, campaign execution, reporting, and affiliate operations.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in partnerships, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or a related field.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience working in SaaS business.
- Experience supporting creator or affiliate programs, including outreach, coordination, and performance tracking.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort working with marketing tools, spreadsheets, and performance dashboards.
