About the role

  • Set vision, strategy, and plan for developing a shared grant writing service
  • Manage and write a set number of proposals, reports, letters of intent, and other grant-related deliverables
  • Liaise and coordinate with national central teams and regional teams as needed
  • Provide strategy, consultation, and technical assistance for the full Field Fundraising cohort
  • Consistently maintain donor, prospect, and fundraising activity information

Requirements

  • At least 7+ years of related experience in development and grant writing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record of successfully navigating complex philanthropic landscapes
  • Experience managing a diverse portfolio of donors/funders from the public and private sector
  • Ability to manage and execute multiple deadlines at the same time
