About the role
- Conduct agreement pricing analysis and evaluate agreement-related price requests
- Run the DOA process and track contract performance for direct billing clients
- Support Agreement Pricing Manager with business and market analytics for direct customer bids/RFQs
- Perform Pre-Bid analysis and consolidate data for RFQ and proposal evaluation
- Support new program negotiations and collaborate with customer-focused teams
- Report via scorecard and tracking software compliance with agreement volume requirements
- Ensure commercial documentation of backend programs and incentives on agreements (rebates, scale programs, price guarantees)
- Assist in monthly and quarterly performance reviews of the agreement portfolio with Sales and Product Management Teams
- Track overall agreement performance and support management to ensure profitability of direct billing clients
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or Engineering
- 3-5 Years of applicable pricing/commercial analysis experience
- Understanding of complex bid/RFQ processes
- Self-motivated and effective time/resource management
- Ability to work with global cross-functional teams
- Strong PC abilities; expert Microsoft Office skills
- Working knowledge of database and spreadsheet applications
- Experience with SAP and Advanced Pricing Software is a plus
- Heavy user of pivot tables and other spreadsheet-like applications
- Flexibility to adjust priorities and assume varied workloads
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Solid business acumen
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent English to work with global teams
