Marketing

• Build marketing campaigns to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of over strategic marketing plan:
• Determine tactical plan
• Identify target audiences and media markets
• Allocate campaign/tactic budgets
• Determine if sales incentive programs are needed.
• Design and implement program
• Establish timelines
• Manage customer acquisition, retention and growth marketing strategies to achieve gross add and revenue targets.
• Analyze trends, use marketing best practices, interact and collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to create and implement formal marketing plans to ensure profitability of all products, which include bundles, high speed internet, TV, Voice services and new product and service launches.
• Lead the execution of marketing campaigns from start to finish, driving collaboration with stakeholders.
• Partner with creative teams, product management and/or external agencies and vendors.
• Analyze campaign results to understand overall effectiveness.
• Develop testing plan for marketing tactics, optimize and drive changes based on results, and continually research and identify new tactics.
• Allocate annual marketing budget and monitor closely to allocate funds and adjust appropriately to meet budget goals.

Central Marketing Manager

Sales

• Take the lead role and manage customer billing concerns via phone, email and chat making sure to follow CPNI and Account Security guidelines.
• Educating customers on how to read their monthly statements or to use online billing tools including: Must be able to understand general contract language and be able to relate it to customer’s billing statements and also accurately quoting term lengths and remaining duration of term.
• Investigate billing disputes and negotiate customer credits as needed.
• Manage customer’s expectations regarding toll fraud as well as other miscellaneous billing topics such as providing bill reprints as requested, billing address changes, etc.
• Submit orders for Business customers including disconnect orders, install orders for customers whose accounts were disconnected for non-payment, Change of Liability/Ownership requests, PIC Changes, as well as processing any tax exemption paperwork.
• Main point of contact for all e-Rate & Rural Health Care Funding customer questions regarding funding credits.
• Answer general questions for customers regarding customer funding requests.
• Early Termination (ETC Processing).
• Review Contracts (TSA, CSA, Addendum & Amendments) to calculate ETC Quote requests from customers/ sales.
• Also processes final ETC calculation and provides the amount to the Billing Team via MSLV task.
• Contacts customer to discuss any remaining services on account or to inform them of bundled services that will be disconnected as a result of the port out, if applicable.
• Non-revenue generating project work as assigned which could include, but not limited to contacting customers, issuing orders and working with internal teams.
• Perform other duties, billing projects and audits as assigned by supervisors.

Advisor – Business Billing & Sales Support

Analyst

• Partner with internal teams to determine forecasted inventory demand and supply gaps.
• Analyze metrics and provide recommendations to department leadership on forecasts and gaps.
• Provide perspective and insights and make operating recommendations at both the company and market levels.
• Work with Supply Chain to ensure there are appropriate stock levels and timely shipments.
• Oversee inventory levels, including: Monitor equipment and part levels to facilitate transfers and/or orders.
• Produce monthly re-deploy and purchase reporting.
• Prepare new orders for supervisor review.
• Attend Supply Chain forecast meetings.
• Work with external partners on order distribution.
• Manage annual inventory reconciliations and cycle counts.
• Provide administrative support for Field Services inventory-related tools and databases.
• Process daily ManagedIP (CPS) orders to include invoice verification and coding.
• Develop, create, and maintain timely and accurate Field Services monthly reports.
• Review all data for reasonableness and accuracy and obtain explanations for variances prior to distribution.
