- Lead efforts to improve customer experience, boost employee engagement, and drive innovation across TDI
- Steward the pan-TDI Customer Experience strategy
- Lead the colleague strategy for TDI
- Direct TDI's Business Architecture practice
- Develop and execute digitization, automation, optimization strategies
- Ensure regulatory commitments are met
- Accelerate TDI’s business strategy and market positioning
- Steward Portfolio Management & Governance (PMaG)
- Own TDI's Change Management practice
- Oversee performance management initiatives
Requirements
- Graduate degree (e.g., MBA) preferred
- 15+ years of progressive experience
- Understanding of TDI and TDBG enterprise operations
- Advanced analytical, strategic, and conceptual thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven experience in building and leading high-performing teams
- Innovative approach with a proven record of embracing and leading change
- Ability to engage and inspire team members at all levels
