Requirements

  • Graduate degree (e.g., MBA) preferred
  • 15+ years of progressive experience
  • Understanding of TDI and TDBG enterprise operations
  • Advanced analytical, strategic, and conceptual thinking skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven experience in building and leading high-performing teams
  • Innovative approach with a proven record of embracing and leading change
  • Ability to engage and inspire team members at all levels
