About the role

  • Manages / leads a team of Technology Controls / Information Security experts
  • Development and management of relevant strategies, programs, tools, frameworks, and policies
  • Specialized oversight / control / governance activities for a key business line or transformational strategic initiative
  • Liaising across the organization and interfacing with executive and/or functional stakeholders to minimize technology risks
  • Provides thought leadership and is future-focused
  • Oversees / manages groups of moderate to large size, scope, risk, and complexity

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Information security certification / accreditation an asset
  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • 10+ years experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) or IAM
  • 6+ years in Product Management, Business Architecture, Sail Point or Capability Leadership
  • Strong understanding of SailPoint IIQ or equivalent IGA platforms
  • Knowledge of RBAC/ABAC models, Lifecycle management, Attestation & certification, SoD design & governance
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory and control frameworks including SOX, NIST 800-53, FFIEC, PCI
  • Proven ability to lead multi-stakeholder governance and alignment across technical, business, and risk teams
  • Experience working with engineering teams in Agile delivery environments
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills
  • Strategic, analytical thinker with strong prioritization and problem-solving abilities
