💰 $72,280 - $108,160 per year

About the role

  • Uses bank operations knowledge to partner with the business lines supported
  • Analyzes current business processes for improvement opportunities
  • Increases operational efficiency and provides project support
  • Develops and maintains metrics/service level reporting
  • Serves as a subject matter expert for assigned units
  • Provides people management leadership, hiring talent and setting goals
  • Leads a team of professionals and may be accountable for projects
  • Ensures communication and training plans for implementation of projects
  • Identifies process improvements and automations for productivity
  • Gathers and prioritizes user requirements for project activities
  • Acts as a consultant providing advice and business expertise
  • Manages own workload and possibly that of others
  • Represents the business in high risk/impact projects
  • Uses project management tools to prepare documentation and reports
  • Ensures accuracy in all required supporting documentation
  • Identifies and assists with resolution of issues as they arise
  • Participates in executing assigned deliverables within parameters
  • Keeps leaders informed on project status and relevant information

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years bank operations experience
  • Strong PC skills including Microsoft Suite software
  • Aptitude and training in Lean, Six Sigma and AOM
  • Expert level requiring advanced business knowledge
  • Ability to consult on the largest and most complex projects
  • Skilled in research, analysis, problem solving, metrics and reporting
  • Ability to identify process gaps and weaknesses
  • Strong interpersonal and influence skills to enable change without direct control
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
