About the role
- Serve as the central point of contact for HNW clients with lower balances
- Work to deepen and broaden existing relationships by providing excellent service
- Engage clients and introduce Private Client Relationship Managers when necessary
- Responsible for retaining and growing assigned client relationships
- Provide day-to-day account management solutions
- Maximize client satisfaction with their Banking relationships
Requirements
- 4-year degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years of related experience in a production or client support capacity
- Securities Licensed: Series 7, 63 + 65 or 66
- Understanding of HNW client needs and products and services available
- Consultative sales experience preferred
- Ability to establish relationships and partner effectively
- Personalized customer service skills
- Self-motivated, able to work independently
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Membership in civic and professional organizations required after employment
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
