About the role
- Lead a highly complex, and diverse governance function for the first line Commercial Bank Business Assurance organization
- Provide oversight to senior and management-level committees / forums
- Effectively communicate with senior-level stakeholders across all lines of defense
- Coordinate and prepare presentations and deliverables to meet targeted deadlines
- Manage special projects
- Develop, communicate, and implement a holistic strategy for own specific business management function
- Oversee/leads/manages and plans work activities that may require alignment across multiple areas
- Lead the team in the development and/or integrated implementation of policies/processes/procedures/changes
- Identify issues and opportunities and recommend action to senior management
- Act as a strategic partner by leading relationships with key enterprise partners
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree required
- 10+ years related experience
