About the role
- Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of regulatory compliance programs
- Manage compliance risk oversight over Auto Financing and Real Estate Secured Lending
- Interact with senior management to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Provide advice to senior leadership on regulatory compliance risks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or progressive work experience
- 10+ years related experience required
- Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) a plus
- Extensive operational knowledge of regulatory requirements
- Strong management experience in regulatory compliance activities
- Ability to lead and mentor employees
- Experience in establishing regulatory strategies
