About the role
- Responsible for requirements gathering through the application lifecycle
- Responsible for business process documentation for all business applications owned/managed
- Support business testing and business process documentation and user support of the application
- Act as a decision maker on projects—responsible for getting input from the appropriate SMEs in order to make decisions
- Identify and escalate risks that could impact project timelines or the quality of the deliverables to project manager and business owner
Requirements
- 5+ years US and Canadian workday Payroll experience
- Workday Payroll Certification is an asset
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax rules, and compliance requirements
- Advanced knowledge of Workday including system components, functionality, interfaces, data flows, and business rules, specialized in payroll
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate with various business partners
