About the role
- Develop effective and efficient solutions by researching/analyzing current state system processes
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to determine solutions, assess impact to existing work processes
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications
- Execute testing and translate requirements and use cases into test conditions
- Provide support and guidance in the delivery of technology requirements
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate
- 3–5 years of experience as a BSA or similar Business Analyst/Systems Analyst role
- Knowledge of Mainframe and API capabilities, limitations, and best practices
- Proficiency in writing detailed user stories with acceptance criteria, using JIRA with Gherkin language and JQL to track tickets
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum/Kanban environments
- Business Analyst Certification
