About the role
- Lead, coach, and develop a high performing team of about 80 Global Markets product control professionals
- Timely and accurate Daily P&L reporting to each business line within Global Markets
- Accountable for completeness and accuracy for the Global Markets Income Statements and Balance Sheet results
- Responsible for Analytical Review of Global Markets' performance results
- Accountable for timely approval of new businesses/products and technology changes impacting Global Market's Finance processes and controls
Requirements
- University degree with professional accounting/finance designation (i.e., CPA, CFA, CMA) or MBA is an asset
- 15+ years' experience in Global Markets Product Control within a large financial services organization
- Demonstrated deep expertise in business and product knowledge for Global Markets
- Strong accounting knowledge and controlling mindset, experiences in SOX control processes a plus
- People management experience leading large teams
