- Translate internal fraud typologies into actionable detection logic
- Develop risk and performance reporting for insider risk detection

Requirements
- Manager level position
- Experience in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining insider risk detection rules
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Knowledge of internal fraud against customers and the bank
- Proficiency in SQL and Python
- Ability to partner with various teams such as Fraud, AML, Cybersecurity, HR, Legal, and Compliance
- Comprehensive documentation skills regarding detection rules and validation
