About the role
- Develop effective policies and programs in a specialized Human Resources unit
- Act as a subject matter expert in own area of expertise
- Serve as key contact within area of expertise
- Develop policies and practices aligned with overall Human Resources strategy
- Oversee programs/services/issues that are highly complex and require broad business knowledge
- Work closely with HR partners in the businesses and other specialized areas
- Lead a team of Human Resources professionals
- Ensure business partners and HR are provided with high-quality advice and support
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or progressive work experience
- 10+ Years of related experience
- In-depth knowledge of a specialized Human Resources function
- Expert communication, facilitation and presentation skills
- Strong Customer Service orientation
- Proven ability to deal with all levels of management
