About the role
- Follow published policies, standards, procedures and resource documents
- Support end-to-end development of procedures, resource documents and communications
- Communicate program updates to audiences of all sizes
- Provide subject matter expertise and design and implement solutions
- Communicate with, and gather and discuss feedback from, cross functional partners
- Assess support requests, consult with requesters and recommend solutions
- Evaluate the effectiveness of procedures, resources documents and communications and develop action plans
- Identify and execute continuous improvement opportunities
- Ensure the program meets business priorities and complies with internal / external requirements
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree preferred
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of Technologies (PowerPoint, Word, Office, etc.)
