About the role
- Daily Trade settlements: Foreign Exchange Spots and Forwards, Swaps, OTC and Listed Options, Futures, Repos, Bond Forwards, Private Debt
- Investigate/resolve items noted on Daily Failed Trades reports
- Ensure confirmation of Foreign Exchange trades and Derivatives
- Maintain records of trade transmission review/tracking of issues
- Ensure matching and confirmation of Foreign Exchange transactions
- New account opening – liaison with custody including global sub-custodians and tax agents
- Provide support and back up as required across the Operations team
Requirements
- Experience in an investment environment preferred
- Understanding of basic accounting principles preferred
- Ability to work within strict deadlines
- Strong problem solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Advanced computer skills - Excel is a must
- Enrolment in CFA program would be an asset
- Ability to work independently and effectively within a group
