Execute on Engineering strategy as it relates to the introduction of tools and the automation of build, test, release and configure activities
Partner with the Operations team for automated/self-serve releases
Work with partners across Technology to identify and leverage synergies
Act as the expert or lead innovator
Implement best practices for engineering and management
Work with vendor platform providers and engineering peers to keep abreast of trends
Identify and manage stakeholder engagement and impacts
Interpret client needs and identify solutions to non-standard requests
Apply best practices to improve products or services
Monitor and control costs within own work

Requirements

University or post-graduate degree
Strong academic background (e.g., computer science, engineering)
5 + years relevant experience
Engineering a virtualized cloud environment
Performing proof of concept tests to determine viability of new solutions
Designing and implementing all aspects of a virtualized cloud environment
Monitoring the environment for improvements
Adhering to Security & Audit compliance controls
Engineering and supporting VPN Networking knowledge
Implementing policy and security controls
Support or Administrator level knowledge with: Citrix Cloud Virtual Apps and Desktops, Microsoft AVD
Familiarity with: Netskope, Microsoft W365
