About the role
- Contribute to the refinement of the Business Banking Operations Strategy and on-going monitoring activities
- Support delivery of strategy enablers required to mature the Business Banking Operations
- Work with leaders on the Business Banking Operations team to establish and update team overview homepages
- Participate in process improvement conversations to help discover and socialize optimization enhancements to existing process and tools
- Contribute to a fair, positive and equitable environment that supports a diverse workforce
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Data, Business/Commerce or related field
- Must be enrolled in an undergraduate degree with the intent of going back to school at the start of your work term
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- Excellent analytical skills in assessing risk, issues and challenging the status quo
- Understanding of Lean Six Sigma and process optimization fundamentals would be an asset
