About the role
- Maintain, enhance and develop reporting processes, control frameworks, and/or systems for treasury liquidity
- Develop liquidity methodology and assumptions and implement efficient collateral, intraday and cashflow forecasting monitoring
- Lead and/or support junior team members, providing guidance and advice
- Lead cross-functional projects and independently manage end-to-end functional programs
- Analyze changes in liability and asset portfolios, evaluate trends, and reconcile cash flow activity
- Evaluate product and customer behavior in stress scenarios and provide views on concentration for funding
- Produce forecasts of the flow of funds and analyze Front Office to ensure sufficient funds to meet obligations
- Evaluate short-term Front Office requirements based on bank operational cash flow
- Support ongoing reviews with 1B, 2nd line and 3rd line functions and contribute to reporting and meaningful analysis at functional or enterprise level
- Conduct internal and external research projects and support presentations/communications to management
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of experience
- Experience maintaining, enhancing and developing reporting processes, control frameworks, and/or systems
- Experience developing liquidity methodology and assumptions
- Experience with liquidity risk management, collateral, intraday and cashflow forecasting monitoring
- Ability to analyze changes in liability and asset portfolios, evaluate trends, and reconcile cash flow activity
- Experience evaluating product and customer behavior in stress scenarios and assessing concentration for funding
- Experience producing forecasts of the flow of funds and analyzing Front Office funding requirements
- Experience leading/supporting junior team members and leading cross-functional teams or projects
- Knowledge of internal policies/procedures and applicable regulatory guidelines
- Strong analytical and communication skills, able to influence senior stakeholders
- Ability to conduct internal and external research and produce management communications
