About the role

  • Maintain, enhance and develop reporting processes, control frameworks, and/or systems for treasury liquidity
  • Develop liquidity methodology and assumptions and implement efficient collateral, intraday and cashflow forecasting monitoring
  • Lead and/or support junior team members, providing guidance and advice
  • Lead cross-functional projects and independently manage end-to-end functional programs
  • Analyze changes in liability and asset portfolios, evaluate trends, and reconcile cash flow activity
  • Evaluate product and customer behavior in stress scenarios and provide views on concentration for funding
  • Produce forecasts of the flow of funds and analyze Front Office to ensure sufficient funds to meet obligations
  • Evaluate short-term Front Office requirements based on bank operational cash flow
  • Support ongoing reviews with 1B, 2nd line and 3rd line functions and contribute to reporting and meaningful analysis at functional or enterprise level
  • Conduct internal and external research projects and support presentations/communications to management

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
  • 7+ years of experience
  • Experience maintaining, enhancing and developing reporting processes, control frameworks, and/or systems
  • Experience developing liquidity methodology and assumptions
  • Experience with liquidity risk management, collateral, intraday and cashflow forecasting monitoring
  • Ability to analyze changes in liability and asset portfolios, evaluate trends, and reconcile cash flow activity
  • Experience evaluating product and customer behavior in stress scenarios and assessing concentration for funding
  • Experience producing forecasts of the flow of funds and analyzing Front Office funding requirements
  • Experience leading/supporting junior team members and leading cross-functional teams or projects
  • Knowledge of internal policies/procedures and applicable regulatory guidelines
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, able to influence senior stakeholders
  • Ability to conduct internal and external research and produce management communications
