About the role
- Oversees the end to end development, design and implementation of long term/multi-year business strategy and associated roadmaps
- Builds cross-product, cross-channel, and cross-LOB business solutions
- Advises on execution strategy and leads the development
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or Business Architecture certificate and/or 10+ years relevant experience
- Extensive conceptual and practical understanding of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Strong C level/exec level presence, facilitation and communication skills
- Good understanding of Consumer and Commercial banking business fundamentals
- Demonstratable expertise in mapping, identifying & solutioning gaps between customer & employee experiences
