About the role

  • Own full P&L responsibility for the Canadian Enterprise vendor portfolio, including revenue, gross margin and internal profit metrics.
  • Forecast, track, and report business performance on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Identify opportunities to improve profitability while managing risk and exposure.
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for Enterprise vendors in Canada.
  • Lead contract negotiations and manage vendor expectations across sales, marketing, and operational execution.
  • Act as a key escalation point, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high‑performing team through regular 1:1s, team meetings, and informal collaboration.
  • Create and execute individual development plans for direct and indirect reports.
  • Foster an inclusive, positive, and engaging team environment where people can grow and succeed.
  • Partner closely with internal teams such as Finance, Legal, Marketing, HR, Purchasing, and others to drive alignment and results.
  • Oversee the Enterprise Marketing strategy, budget, and execution for the Canadian portfolio.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of relevant experience in product management, category management, vendor management, or a related commercial leadership role.
  • Current people manager leadership preferred.
  • Proven experience managing P&L and forecasting within a complex business environment.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain senior‑level vendor relationships.
  • Demonstrated people leadership experience, with a passion for coaching and developing others.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
  • A strategic mindset combined with the ability to execute and deliver results.
