About the role

  • Develop and grow the peripherals business across Europe.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with manufacturers and key vendor partners.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, performance reviews, and strategic planning.
  • Own vendor engagement and portfolio expansion strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and distributor dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate reporting and visibility of business performance.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and other internal teams.
  • Represent the business in vendor meetings and strategic discussions

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in the position or similar positions
  • Strong understanding of manufacturers, distributors, and IT channel dynamics
  • IT market knowledge
  • Experience in business development, negotiation, and vendor management
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong Excel and Office 365 proficiency
  • Experience in European markets (highly valued)
  • High level of English is required, additional languages are a plus
  • Background in peripherals or PC categories is a strong “nice to have”
  • Experience working in multicultural and fast-changing environments
