About the role
- Develop and grow the peripherals business across Europe.
- Build and strengthen relationships with manufacturers and key vendor partners.
- Lead commercial negotiations, performance reviews, and strategic planning.
- Own vendor engagement and portfolio expansion strategies.
- Analyze market trends and distributor dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate reporting and visibility of business performance.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and other internal teams.
- Represent the business in vendor meetings and strategic discussions
Requirements
- Several years of experience in the position or similar positions
- Strong understanding of manufacturers, distributors, and IT channel dynamics
- IT market knowledge
- Experience in business development, negotiation, and vendor management
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong Excel and Office 365 proficiency
- Experience in European markets (highly valued)
- High level of English is required, additional languages are a plus
- Background in peripherals or PC categories is a strong “nice to have”
- Experience working in multicultural and fast-changing environments
