About the role
- Define and maintain a distinctive creative vision, voice, and brand style for Learning Labs Studio
- Conceptualize and prototype engaging show formats (e.g., executive speaker series, “Cooking with AI,” peer-led panels)
- Develop a strategic content calendar that aligns with business priorities, seasonal themes, and learner needs
- Partner with production agencies and internal stakeholders (CLO, HR, Communications) to produce cinematic “Netflix-style” learning content
- Establish and track key metrics (attendance, engagement, satisfaction) and iterate based on data and feedback
- Create short-form recap videos (social-style clips, “TikTok-ready” highlights) to reinforce learning and extend reach
- Own full production lifecycle: pre-production planning, talent prep, live event coordination, and post-production editing
- Guide presenters and panelists—executives, thought leaders, and peers—to deliver confident, polished performances
- Coordinate with live production vendors, technical teams, and global studio partners to ensure seamless, on-brand delivery
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to deliver scalable, repeatable workflows without compromising quality
- Implement modern tools and processes to enhance efficiency, collaboration, and creative excellence
- Identify, recruit, and secure high-caliber internal and external speakers to maintain a robust content pipeline
- Build and nurture relationships with subject-matter experts, business leaders, and third-party partners to co-create impactful experiences
- Serve as the primary liaison for all studio guests, ensuring an inclusive, professional, and engaging experience from briefing to follow-up
- Monitor performance via analytics dashboards, learner surveys, and qualitative feedback
- Report insights and recommendations to executive stakeholders (CHRO, CLO, SVP of Talent)
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate learning, content production, or related fields
- Proven track record delivering high-quality live and recorded learning experiences at scale
- Strong project management skills, with a history of managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams
- Deep knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and media-rich storytelling
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—capable of influencing at all levels, including C-suite
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset: resourceful, proactive, and comfortable making data-driven decisions under tight deadlines
