About the role

  • Responsible for daily order entry and quotation activities, including any electronic order processing.
  • Provide administrative support for all aspects of commercial activity to help the company achieve team and organizational objectives.
  • Prioritize own tasks to meet agreed deadlines or SLAs.
  • Manage partner inquiries efficiently and professionally, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Develop strong relationships with the Inside Sales team.
  • Escalate any incidents to the Sales Operations team leader or manager appropriately and in a timely manner.
  • Proactively support the business.
  • Record internal orders placed commercially by the Internal Sales team.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of the IT channel: previous experience with a vendor/manufacturer, distributor, or partner.
  • Back-office experience in preparing proposals.
  • Knowledge of TD SYNNEX's main competitors.
  • SAP R3 / Business Warehouse.
  • E-business systems.
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • IT distribution processes.
