About the role

  • Gather and analyze business requirements to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation
  • Design, develop, optimize, and maintain AI-powered applications using Python
  • Build and deploy intelligent process automation solutions
  • Research, prototype, and implement generative AI models and AI agents
  • Collaborate with R&D, product, and business teams to deliver innovative AI solutions
  • Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of deployed AI systems
  • Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and best practices.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Python for application development and automation
  • Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, including generative AI
  • Experience with process automation and intelligent workflows
  • Familiarity with building or integrating AI agents and LLM-based solutions
  • Experience in requirement gathering and translating business needs into technical designs
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative R&D environment
  • Good English communication skills (reading and writing).
