About the role

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across EMEA, from intake to offer stage.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategy, and realistic market expectations.
  • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, internal talent pools, and referrals.
  • Conduct structured candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, motivation, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview processes and ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with HR, coordinators, and onboarding teams to ensure compliant and timely hiring.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting within the ATS.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, ideally within a multinational or EMEA-focused environment.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple roles and functions (IT, sales, corporate, or operational roles is a plus).
  • Strong sourcing skills and hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.
  • Business-level English (written and spoken).
  • Portuguese is a plus, not a requirement.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to advise and challenge hiring managers when needed.
  • Organized, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-country environment.
