About the role
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across EMEA, from intake to offer stage.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategy, and realistic market expectations.
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, internal talent pools, and referrals.
- Conduct structured candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, motivation, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview processes and ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience.
- Collaborate with HR, coordinators, and onboarding teams to ensure compliant and timely hiring.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting within the ATS.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, ideally within a multinational or EMEA-focused environment.
- Experience recruiting across multiple roles and functions (IT, sales, corporate, or operational roles is a plus).
- Strong sourcing skills and hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.
- Business-level English (written and spoken).
- Portuguese is a plus, not a requirement.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to advise and challenge hiring managers when needed.
- Organized, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-country environment.
