Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or related field.
1–3 years in a relevant technical or analytical role.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to execute instructions and seek clarification when needed.
Intermediate proficiency in relevant computer systems and applications.
Excellent communication skills—able to present ideas clearly in English (and local/regional language if applicable).
Ability to adapt to change, work under pressure, and manage multiple priorities.
Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
Comfortable with extended computer or headset use during work hours.
